DECISION No. 05/2005/QD-BGTVT of January 4, 2005 prescribing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Road Administration Inspectorate

Under this Decision, Vietnam Road Administration Inspectorate, ROAI, constitutes part of the Transport Inspectorate system, and performs administrative and specialized inspection within the State management scope of Vietnam Road Administration.
