The Government decreed to set up the Central Commission for Emulation and Commendation, which is an agency attached to the Government, assisting the Government in performing the State management over emulation and commendation throughout the country, performing a number of State management tasks and organizing emulation and commendation activities according to law provisions; and performing State management over public services in fields under its management.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
