DECISION No. 09/2005/QD-BGTVT of January 10, 2005 promulgating the Regulation on transportation of passengers by coach along fixed routes and contractual transportation of passengers by coach

The 5-chapter and 24-article Regulation applies to State management bodies; enterprises engaged in transportation of passengers by coach along fixed routes as well as enterprises and individual business households engaged in contractual transportation of passengers by coach.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. No. 4127/2001/QD-BGTVT of December 5, 2001.- (Summary)
