The national construction lottery companies are State enterprises conducting business activities in the field of national construction lottery. Due to particular characteristics of the national construction lottery companies? business activities, besides complying with the Regulation on financial management and business cost-accounting applicable to State enterprises promulgated together with the Government?s Decree No. 59/CP of October 3, 1996 and Decree No. 27/1999/ND-CP of April 20, 1999 amending and supplementing a number of articles of such Regulation and the Ministry of Finance?s current financial management regulations, the national construction lottery companies shall have to also comply with this Circular?s provisions.- (Summary)
