CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 07/2001/TT-BCN of September 11, 2001 guiding the implementation of a number of technical contents prescribed in the Government�s Decree No. 54/1999/ND-CP of July 8, 1999 on the protection of high-voltage power grid
The Ministry of Industry issued this Circular to guide the following contents: Technical criteria and use purposes of insulated wire; the competence of high-voltage power grid-managing units; overhead high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; trees in high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; the cutting and trimming of trees outside high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; materials used for surrounding walls and roofs of dwelling houses and projects in high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; the connection to earth of metal roofs of dwelling houses and projects in high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; measures to enhance electric and construction safety for portions of electric posts rising over dwelling houses and projects; compensation for the relocation of dwelling houses and projects out of high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; negotiation on the expansion and new building of dwelling houses and projects in high-voltage power grid safety protection corridors; the distance between high-voltage power transmission lines and the road surface at intersections; the distance between high-voltage power transmission lines and the surface of inland waterways at intersections; safety protection corridors of underground and submarine electric cables; safety protection corridors of transformer stations; the color-painting and placing of signal lights on electric posts; the placing of signboards at the crossing of high-voltage power transmission lines over inland waterways; responsibilities of investors of high-voltage power grid projects and competent power grid-managing units.- (Summary)
