This Decree prescribes the sanctioning of administrative violations in post, telecommuni-cations and radio frequencies, which are acts of intentionally or unintentionally violating regulations on State management over post, telecommunications and radio frequencies by organizations or individuals, which do not constitute crimes and must be administratively sanctioned according to law provisions.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Government's Decree No. 79/CP of June 19, 1997 prescribing the sanctioning of administrative violations in the State management over post, telecommunications and radio frequencies.- (Summary)
