DECISION No. 237/2003/QD-TTg of November 13, 2003 on the list of State secrets classified as strictly confidential and top secret in the financial sector
This Decision promulgates the list of State secrets classified as strictly confidential and top secret in the financial sector.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Prime Minister's Decisions No. 157/1998/QD-TTg of September 3, 1998 promulgating the list of secrets in the financial sector; No. 209/TTg of April 6, 1995 promulgating the list of State secrets in the customs sector; and No. 187/TTg of April 20, 1994 promulgating the list of State secrets in the national reserve sector.- (Summary)
