To establish Management Board of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone under the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to perform the concentrated and unified management of investment and economic development activities in Chu Lai Open Economic Zone. It has the tasks and powers defined in Article 28 of the Regulation on operation of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone promulgated together with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 108/2003/QD-TTg of June 5, 2003 as well as tasks and powers prescribed for provincial-level industrial park management boards and border-gate economic zone management boards.

The Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
