Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” the historical relic of the site of banknote-printing factory in Chi Ne plantation (1946-1947) in Co Nghia commune, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh province, is ranked as a national relic.- (Summary)
