Guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 132/2006/QD-TTg of May 31, 2006, providing for the job-based preferential allowance regime for officials and employees of the forest protection, plant protection, animal health and dike control sectors
This Joint Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace Joint Circular No. 11/2002/TTLT/BNV-BTC-BNNPTNT of October 25, 2002, guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 66/2002/QD-TTg of May 27, 2002.- (Summary)
