This Regulation applies to professional art-performance activities and organization thereof by Vietnamese as well as foreign organizations and individuals in the Vietnamese territory; as well as professional art-performance activities and organization thereof by overseas Vietnamese organizations and individuals.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Culture and Information Minister's Decision No. 32/1999/QD-BVHTT of April 29, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on professional art-performance activities, annulling all previous regulations contrary hereto.- (Summary)
