CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 09/2002/TT-BLDTBXH of June 11, 2002 guiding the implementation of the mechanism for management of labor, wages and incomes of one-member limited liability companies where the State holds 100% of the charter capital
The scope of application of this Circular covers State enterprises engaged in production and/or business activities, where the State, political organizations or socio-political organizations hold 100% of the charter capital, and which have been transformed into one-member limited liability companies.
Subject to the application of this Circular are the Managing Boards� members; general directors and deputy general directors, chief accountants, company chairmen (for companies without the managing boards), and laborers working under labor contracts in the companies.- (Summary)
