The Regulation, issued together with this Decision, prescribes the management, use and protection of the Aquatic Resources Ministry's State secrets, including:

- List of State secrets in the aquatic resources sector, approved by the Prime Minister. Secret documents sent to the Ministry by central and local agencies.

- Information on the Ministry's undertakings, policies and executive measures which are under discussion and processing.

- Hand-written comments on daily work by the Ministry's leaders on reports, official dispatches and documents under the Ministry's management.- (Summary)
