On launching the emulation movement for successful performance of the 2006 socio-economic development tasks and five-year (2006-2010) plan under the Resolution of the Xth National Party Congress

With this Directive, the Prime Minister requests ministries, branches and provincial/municipal People’s Committees to perform several tasks in order to contribute to successful accomplishment of the five-year (2006-2010) socio-economic development objectives and tasks under the Resolution of the Xth National Party Congress.- (Summary)
