DECREE No. 200/2004/ND-CP of December 3, 2004 on reorganization, renewal and development of State-owned forestry farms

This Decree applies to State-owned forestry farms, State-owned forestry enterprises which are assigned or leased land for use for forest management and protection or forestry production and business.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
