This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 85/2000/QD-NHNN14 of March 9, 2000; Decision No. 1439/2001/QD-NHNN of November 20, 2001; Decision No. 877/2002/QD-NHNN of August 19, 2002; and Decision No. 1085/2003/QD-NHNN of September 16, 2003.- (Summary)
