Annulling the State Bank Governor’s Decision No. 987/2004/QD-NHNN of August 5, 2004, which promulgates the Financial Regulation applicable to the State Bank’s non-business units with revenues

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”

The State Bank’s non-business units with revenues shall apply the financial mechanism specified in the Government’s Decree No. 07/2006/ND-CP of January 10, 2006.- (Summary)
