CIRCULAR No. 02/2003/TT-NHNN of February 11, 2003 guiding the handling of debts incurred due to borrowing capital for repairing and building ships and boats and/or purchasing fishing gear under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 144/2002/QD-TTg of October 24, 2002 and Decision No. 172/2002/QD-TTg of November 28, 2002
This Circular guides the handling of debts of fishery households borrowing medium-term loans for repairing and building ships and boats and/or procuring fishing gear to overcome the consequences caused by Storm Linda in the provinces of Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, and Kien Giang and Ho Chi Minh city. For short-term debit balances, the State-run commercial banks shall coordinate with the administrations, services, departments and branches of the localities with short-term debit balances of loans provided to overcome the consequences caused by Storm Linda in working out measures to retrieve and completely handle due and overdue debts.- (Summary)
