Promulgated together with this Decision are the following 6 branch standards on preservation of national reserve goods:

- TCN: 01-2004: Spraying with glue PVC canvas for making national reserve salvage canvas tents;

- TCN: 02-2004: Salvage canvas tent - Method of preservation;

- TCN 03-2004: Paddy storage in bulk - Method for determination of level of being infected by insects;

- TCN 04-2004: Paddy for stored purpose - Technical requirements;

- TCN 05-2004: Lifejacket of the national reserve - Rules for preservation; and

- TCN 06-2004: Lifebuoy of the national reserve - Rules for preservation.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the National Reserve Director's Decisions No. 20/2000/QD-CDTQG of December 8, 2000; No. 22/2000/QD-CDTQG of December 29, 2000; No. 433/QD-CDTQG of September 6, 2001; No. 118/2002/QD-CDTQG of April 8, 2002; No. 392/2002/QD-CDTQG of November 22, 2002; and No. 393/2002/QD-CDTQG of November 22, 2002 promulgating the national reserve goods preservation standards. Other regulations contrary to this Decision are annulled.- (Summary)
