DECREE No. 135/2004/ND-CP of June 10, 2004 prescribing the regime on application of the measure of consignment to disease treatment establishments, organization and operation of disease treatment establishments under the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations, and the regime applicable to minors and volunteers to come to disease treatment establishments
This Decree prescribes the regime on application of the measure of consignment to disease treatment establishments, organization and operation of disease treatment establishments under the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations, and the regime applicable to drug addicts and prostitutes being minors as well as drug addicts and prostitutes who volunteer to come to disease treatment establishments for detoxication or treatment.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Government's Decree No. 20/CP of April 13, 1996 promulgating the Regulation on disease treatment establishments under the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations and Decree No. 34/2002/ND-CP of March 28, 2002 prescribing detoxication order, procedures and regime for drug addicts consigned to compulsory detoxication establishments, and the Prime Minister's Decision No. 167/TTg of April 8, 1994 amending and supplementing a number of allowance regimes for social-relief beneficiaries. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are annulled.- (Summary)
