DECISION
Promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of Bo Y international border-gate Economic Zone, Kon Tum province
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 06/QD-TTg of January 5, 1999, approving the project on socio-economic development of Bo Y border-gate area and Decision No. 53/2001/QD-TTg of April 19, 2001, on policies toward border-gate economic zones;
At the proposals of the president of the People's Committee of Kon Tum province in Report No. 11/TT-UB of March 22, 2005, and of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Report No. 4606/BKH-QLKTTW of July 12, 2005, and on the basis of the opinions of concerned ministries and branches,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on organization and operation of Bo Y international border-gate economic zone, Kon Tum province.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."
Article 3.- The Ministers of Planning and Investment; Finance; Home Affairs; Foreign Affairs; Defense; Public Security; Transport; Trade; and Natural Resources and Environment, the General Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the head of the Management Board of Bo Y international border-gate economic zone, heads of concerned agencies, and the president of the People's Committee of Kon Tum province shall have to implement this Decision.
