Defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Central Office for Water Resources Projects

Under this Decision, the Central Office for Water Resources Projects (CPO) is a non-business economic organization attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and authorized by the Minister to act as the investor of water resources projects funded with ODA capital or capital from other sources.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 123/2000/BNN-TCCB of November 27, 2000.- (Summary)
