DECISION No. 20/1999/QD-BTC of February 25, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on management and use of working offices at the administrative and non-business agencies

The Regulation on management and use of working offices at the administrative and non-business agencies issued together with this Decision shall apply to all working offices of the State management agencies, non-business agencies, armed forces� units, political organizations, socio-political organizations and Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad, which are built with the State budget�s funds or funds derived from the State budget, or placed under the State ownership as prescribed by law.- (Summary)
