CIRCULAR
Guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 86/2007/ND-CP of May 28, 2007, in the management of labor and wages in one-member limited liability companies in which the State owns 100% charter capital
This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”
The provisions of this Circular apply from the effective date of Decree No. 86/2007/ND-CP.- (Summary)
