The State Bank Governor issued this Directive requesting credit institutions, which have provided loans to coffee growers, purchasers and processors, to strictly comply with the Prime Minister's and the State Bank Governor's directing documents on the handling of debts owed by these subjects, to revise the freezing of such debts and at the same time, strictly monitor the frozen debts.

The State Bank Governor also requests the State Bank's Transaction Office and provincial/municipal branches, which have lent capital to credit institutions for freezing debts owed by coffee growers, purchasers and processors, to monitor and urge these credit institutions to repay such loans within the time limits prescribed in the State Bank Governor's documents.

This Directive takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
