To amend Article 3 of the Regulation on Detention Camps (issued together with the Government�s Decree No. 60/CP of September 16, 1993) on the scale of convicts detention at each detention camp, more concretely:

The scale of convicts detention at each detention camp under the Public Security Ministry�s management ranges between 1,000 and 4,000 inmates, excluding Thu Duc Detention Camp. Each detention camp may set up one or more sub-detention camps with the scale of between 500 and 1,000 inmates each.

The scale of convicts detention at each detention camp under the Defense Ministry�s management ranges between 100 and 300 convicts.- (Summary)
