Promulgated together with this Decision are the processes of formulating and adjusting land use plannings and plans to be applied nationwide, including:

- The process of formulating and adjusting national and regional land use plannings and plans;

- The process of formulating and adjusting provincial-level land use plannings and plans;

- The process of formulating and adjusting district-level land use plannings and plans;

- The process of formulating and adjusting commune-level detailed land use plannings and plans.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO," annulling the provisions on the process of conducting land use surveys, plannings and plans provided for in Decision No. 657/QD-DC of October 28, 1995, of the General Land Administration.- (Summary)
