CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 78/2002/TT-BTC of September 11, 2002 prescribing the regime of collection, payment and use management of fees for granting certificates of security and order qualifications for security service business, and fees for granting seal-specimen registration certificates
Enterprises, which are granted certificates of security and order qualifications for security service business by police agencies according to the provisions of the Government�s Decree No. 14/2001/ND-CP of November 25, 2001 on the management of security service business activities, must pay a fee of VND 100,000/issuance/enterprise.
Agencies and organizations entitled to use seals prescribed in Article 1 of the Government�s Decree No. 58/2001/ND-CP of August 24, 2001 on the management and use of seals, which are granted seal-specimen registration certificates by police agencies, must pay a fee of VND 20,000/certificate/seal.- (Summary)
