On ranking a national relic

Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” the historical and artistic-architectural relic of Hoang Thanh Thang Long central zone - Hanoi (embracing Hanoi ancient citadel relic zone and the archaeological site at 18 Hoang Dieu street) in Dien Bien and Quan Thanh wards, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city, is ranked as a national relic.- (Summary)
